Return Policy

OUR GOAL IS THAT YOU'RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR BUCKETS PURCHASE.

We accept returns within 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be unworn and sent back in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

To send an item back to us, please send an email to sales@bucketsbrand.com and include your order number and the reason for your return and we'll review and supply you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to add to your package when sending back. Our email will also include instructions as well as the address to send the package back.

You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as Buckets Brand cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1 week for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Should you need to follow up on a return please send an email to sales@bucketsbrand.com and we'll respond within 24 hours.
